Terms of Service
Last updated: July 15, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a contract between WanderQuote, an Indonesian small business (UMKM) owned and operated by Regina Priscillia ("WanderQuote", "we", "us"), and the business that creates a workspace on the platform (the "Agency", "you"). By creating a workspace or using the service, you accept these Terms on behalf of your business and confirm you have authority to do so. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
WanderQuote is white-label trip-proposal software: it lets Agencies draft trip quotes (including with AI assistance), price them from their own catalog, publish branded multilingual quote pages on a WanderQuotesubdomain or the Agency's own domain, collect trip inquiries and deposits, and manage traveler relationships in a light CRM.
WanderQuote is a software tool only. We are not a travel agency, tour operator, or seller of travel. The travel services described in a quote are offered and sold by the Agency, and the contract for any trip is between the Agency and its traveler. We are not a party to that contract and have no responsibility for the trips an Agency sells.
3. Accounts and workspaces
- You must provide accurate information when creating your workspace and keep it current.
- Sign-in uses magic links and passkeys. You are responsible for the security of the email accounts and devices used to access your workspace, and for the actions of everyone you invite to it.
- You must be at least 18 years old and using the service on behalf of a business.
- Notify us promptly at support@wanderquote.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe, on the cycle shown at checkout. Prices and plan limits are described in the product.
- Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; the workspace stays on its paid plan until the end of the period already paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable.
- If a payment fails and remains unpaid after we notify you, we may downgrade or suspend the workspace.
- We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
5. Traveler payments
Agencies can accept deposits and payments on published quotes. These payments are processed by Stripe and settle to the Agency, subject to Stripe's own terms. The Agency is solely responsible for honoring paid bookings, for its own cancellation and refund policies, and for complying with the consumer-protection and travel-industry rules that apply to it. WanderQuote does not hold traveler funds and is not responsible for refunds owed by an Agency.
6. Your content
- You own the content in your workspace: your catalog, quotes, branding, customer records, and everything travelers submit through your pages ("Agency Content").
- You grant us the license needed to operate the service: to host, process, transmit, display, and back up Agency Content, including sending relevant parts of it to the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy (for example, to AI providers when you use AI drafting).
- You are responsible for Agency Content: for having the right to use it (including photos), for its accuracy (including prices in published quotes), and for having a lawful basis to process your travelers' personal data in the platform.
7. AI-assisted drafting
AI features produce drafts, not finished commitments. Generated itineraries, prices, descriptions, and translations can be incomplete or wrong. You must review AI output before publishing or sending it to a traveler, and you remain fully responsible for what you publish. We make no promise that AI output is accurate, original, or fit for a particular trip.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive, or infringing;
- send spam or unsolicited marketing through the platform's email features;
- probe, breach, or test the security of the service, or access another workspace's data;
- resell or white-label the platform itself to other agencies without our agreement;
- scrape the service or use it to build a competing product, or overload it with automated traffic.
We may suspend or terminate workspaces that violate these rules.
9. Custom domains and white-label
You may connect a subdomain or custom domain you control. You are responsible for your domain registration and DNS, and you confirm that connecting the domain does not infringe anyone's rights. Quote pages and emails are presented under your brand; you are responsible for what your brand publishes.
10. Our intellectual property
The platform, its design, and its software are owned by WanderQuote and its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your business while your subscription is active. The WanderQuotename and logo may not be used without permission, except for the "Powered by WanderQuote" attribution shown where applicable.
11. Availability and support
We work to keep the service available and performant, but it is provided without an uptime guarantee: maintenance, our providers, and events outside our control can cause interruptions. Support is provided by email at support@wanderquote.com. You are responsible for exporting the data you need; the product provides PDF and CSV export.
12. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data; and (b) our total liability for all claims arising out of the service in any twelve (12) month period is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in that period. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify WanderQuote against third-party claims arising from Agency Content, the trips you sell, your use of the service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law, including claims brought by your travelers.
15. Termination and data export
You may stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate a workspace for material breach of these Terms (with notice and a chance to cure, where practical) or for non-payment. After termination, we retain workspace data for 30 days so you can export it, then delete it as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 6, 10, and 12 through 17) survive termination.
16. Changes
We may update the service and these Terms. For material changes to the Terms, we will give Agencies at least 30 days' notice by email or in the product; continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
17. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indonesian courts. Questions about these Terms: support@wanderquote.com.
